Our Commitment to Privacy

Amps33 receivables financing is provided by Novo Finance Ltd. The Ampere platform is operated by Novo World Ltd, with AMPR Finance Ltd contracting with regulated payment service providers. Payment accounts are provided by entities of the Equals Money group.

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For customers and beneficial owners resident in the European Economic Area, we also comply with the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).

Your financial and personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Minimal Data Collection

We only collect data necessary for providing factoring services, KYC compliance, and regulatory requirements. No unnecessary tracking or profiling.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request a copy of your data or object to processing at any time.

Multi-jurisdiction compliance

Your payment accounts are provided by regulated Equals Money group entities, supervised by the FCA (UK) and the NBB (Belgium). Data processing complies with UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR.

What Data We Process

Company Information

  • Company name, registration number (Companies House for the UK, or the equivalent national business register for EEA jurisdictions)
  • Registered address and trading address
  • Beneficial owners and directors information (KYC requirement)

Contact Information

  • Name, email, phone number of authorised contacts
  • Identification documents for beneficial owners (KYC requirement)

Financial and Revenue Data

  • App Store Connect financial reports (read-only access)
  • Google Play Console financial reports (read-only access)
  • Ampere account transaction history (for factoring settlements)

App Information

  • App name, bundle ID, store URLs
  • App category and policy compliance status

How We Use Your Data

  • Providing factoring services: Verifying revenue, calculating advances, processing settlements
  • KYC and compliance: Identity verification, AML checks and regulatory reporting, carried out together with our regulated payment partners (Equals Money group, supervised by the FCA and the NBB)
  • Risk assessment and monitoring: Underwriting decisions, ongoing risk assessments, fraud prevention, and enforcement. This includes monitoring of revenue data, payouts and transaction flows, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
  • Customer support: Responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues
  • Service improvement: Aggregate analytics to improve product (no personal profiling)

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with:

  • Novo World Ltd (Ampere platform): Facilitates onboarding and access to the service
  • AMPR Finance Ltd and the Equals Money group: Provide regulated payment accounts, FX and card services; hold and safeguard funds; perform KYC/AML checks as required by regulation
  • KYC/AML providers: For identity verification (required by regulation)
  • Regulators: The FCA (UK), the NBB (Belgium) or other competent authorities when legally required
  • Legal obligations: When required by court order or legal process

  • Right to access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for providing services and meeting regulatory requirements. Financial services regulations require us (and our regulated payment partners) to retain certain records for up to 7 years after account closure.

Receivables financing is provided by NOVO FINANCE LTD and is a business-to-business (B2B) product. It is not a regulated consumer credit product.
